At the onset of the project, a literature review was carried out in order to:

  • a) assess the literature in relation to the mental health and wellbeing needs of young people who have experienced sexual abuse in adolescence, and;
  • b) locate the present study within this wider evidence base.

Learning from the Experts is a participatory research project by the 天美传媒, with support from the Association for Young People鈥檚 Health. It explores the mental health and wellbeing needs of young people who experience sexual abuse in adolescence. It鈥檚 funded by the NSPCC and ESRC.


Five short presentations about the Learning from the Experts Project and what we鈥檝e learnt so far

We鈥檇 like anybody who has taken part in the project - young people, parents and professionals - to watch these films and share their feedback via the survey or email.
