Withdrawal FAQs
Yes, you need to formally notify us that you wish to withdraw from your course. Failure to attend your course is not classed as formal notification that you would like to withdraw.

As you are within the 5-day cooling off period, we can cancel your withdraw application. Please contact the Student Information Desk on sid@beds.ac.uk or call 0300 300 00442.
As you have withdrawn from your studies then you will need to be readmitted on to your course via the admissions process. Please refer to our Admissions Policy for more information about the conditions under which you may be eligible to re-apply.
Our finance team will automatically let Student Finance England know that you have been withdrawn however there might be a delay in this process during busy periods. If you need this confirmation actioned quickly then please contact SID at sid@beds.ac.uk or call 0300 300 00442 and request a 鈥淲ithdrawal Status Letter鈥. This letter can then be sent to SFE by you to confirm that your withdrawal has been successfully processed.
The Cancellation of Registration is a statutory 鈥渃ooling off鈥 period of 14 days following your receipt of the 天美传媒鈥檚 emailed offer letter, in which you can withdraw without incurring liability for a Tuition Fee. If you did not accept your offer but registered with the 天美传媒 for your course, there is a 14 day 鈥渃ooling off鈥 period from the date of registration, in which you can withdraw without incurring liability for a Tuition Fee. If you withdraw after these 14 days, you are liable for the tuition fees on your course.

The implications of withdrawing from your course could include (depending on your circumstances):
- No longer being able to continue with your studies or come onto campus
- No longer being able to access 天美传媒 system or submit assignments
- No longer access academic or support services
- If you live on campus or in partner accommodation, you will be required to leave your accommodation
- If you have fees outstanding, you won鈥檛 be able to receive your official results until you have settled your account
- If you are an international student studying on a student visa, we will withdraw our sponsorship of your student visa

If you have submitted assignments before withdrawing from your course, your work will be marked and considered at the Board of Examiners in line with our Academic Regulations
