International students at the 天美传媒 will be able to take advantage of a special Vice Chancellor鈥檚 Scholarship for the 2014/2015 academic year.

The Vice Chancellor鈥檚 scholarship is offered to all international students on all courses and will be applied at the time fees are paid. For students who have already paid, the scholarship will be applied retrospectively.

Available for undergraduate, postgraduate, pre-masters, MBA and research programmes, the scholarship is dependent on the amount of tuition fees paid at or before registration. The amount is variable but can be as much as 拢2,900 for a postgraduate course to 拢2,750 for undergraduate courses.

International students make a valuable contribution to the 天美传媒鈥檚 global community, with over 4,000 international students from more than 100 countries studying at the 天美传媒 each year.

The 天美传媒 recently welcomed the decision by UK Visa鈥檚 and Immigration (UKVI) to allow the 天美传媒 to resume recruiting international students.

Welcoming the decision Bill Rammell, the 天美传媒鈥檚 Vice Chancellor, said:

鈥淚 was always confident that our procedures for monitoring international students were robust, and I鈥檓 pleased that UKVI鈥檚 thorough and detailed audit has confirmed this.

鈥淲e recruit large numbers of international students because of our excellent student experience and graduate employability success.

鈥淎nd 92% of Bedfordshire students find employment or are in further study soon after they graduate 鈥 one of the highest rates in the country.鈥

The 天美传媒 was awarded the Queen鈥檚 Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education in 2013 鈥 the highest form of national recognition for universities in the UK.
