THE 天美传媒 saw the end of an era leading up to the Christmas break as the landmark chimney at the Bedford campus was demolished.

The former 12 metre tall boiler house chimney, originally built in 1963, was demolished last month (December), as part of a 拢25 million redevelopment programme underway at the Bedford campus.

This latest phased works coincided with the demolition of a former teaching block at the Polhill Avenue site last November, paving the way for construction this year of a state-of-the-art teaching and learning building, valued at some 拢9 million.
