Terms and Conditions 2024/25

• To be eligible for the Access to Learning Fund, which is an income assessed discretionary fund, students need to be registered at the 天美传媒 for the new academic year.
• Applicants are expected to apply for the maximum funding from Student Finance/NHS Bursaries.
• The fund cannot help with paying for tuition fees.
• The 天美传媒 will contact students using the 天美传媒 student email account, and it is the student鈥檚 responsibility to check this account regularly for important information regarding their application and payments of the fund.
• Once students have registered at the 天美传媒 they can apply to the fund by fully completing the Access to Learning Fund application form and providing all supporting evidence.
• All applicants to the Access to Learning Fund are required to attend/complete a Budgeting Workshop.
• Successful students must maintain an appropriate standard of behaviour and engagement throughout their course of study at the 天美传媒. If a recipient does not meet the appropriate standard of behaviour and engagement the funding may be withdrawn from that individual.
• The 天美传媒 reserves the right to withhold instalments of the Access to Learning Fund if students withdraw, interrupt, not attend or otherwise do not progress satisfactorily with their studies.
• Recipients must remain in good financial standing with the 天美传媒.
• The 天美传媒 may also seek to reclaim monies paid where progress is not satisfactory
• Closing date for the Access to Learning Fund is 11th July 2025 - funds permitting.
