Tracey Golding

Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing

I have been teaching at Bedfordshire ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ since June 2022. I qualified as a RGN in October 1995 and most of my clinical experience has been in community specialist palliative care. I strongly believe that as nurses we can improve end of life care for both patients and their significant others through education and sharing of knowledge. My degree is in Palliative Care and I use my clinical experiences, skills and knowledge in my teaching to demonstrate nursing pratice.

As a senior lecturer I am involved in the development of learning materials for several units on the adult nursing course and hope to continue to Unit lead in the near future.

I am a PAT (personal academic tutor) for students on the Adult Nursing Course and feel that this role is vitally important to ensure that students are supported throughout their studies as well as out in pratice placements.
