Senior Tutor in Teacher Education
I joined the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ having taught in secondary education for 5 years, specialising in history and politics. I also had responsibilities for mentoring trainee teachers and delivering subject enhancement sessions for history trainees.
I teach on the BA Applied Education Studies course, where I am Hub Coordinator for the Putteridge Bury campus. I am also responsible for delivering the PGCE Secondary History course.
My teaching focuses on Reflective and Professional Practice, Research Methods and Introduction to studying at university. I also support a number of students each year as research project supervisor.
