Dr Kazeem Oluwakemi Oseni
Senior Lecturer in Information Technology
Dr Kazeem Oluwakemi Oseni joined the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ as a Senior Lecturer in Information Technology in January 2024. He completed his PhD in Computer Science (E-Service) at the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ of Portsmouth, United Kingdom in 2017. Before then, he completed his MSc Degree in Computer Science at Staffordshire ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½, United Kingdom in 2006 and Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Computer Science at the Federal ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ of Technology, Akure, Nigeria in 2000 with a second class (upper division).
His resume demonstrates a unique career with many diverse and challenging roles that straddle operations, business, information technology, and higher education where he provides strategic leadership and develop customer-centric solutions in support of various business functions including learning design in higher education. He has published in several well-known academic journals and conferences.
Prior to joining the institution, he held positions as Assistant Professor (Lecturer) and Module Leader in Information Technology at the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ of Dundee in Scotland, as well as Associate Professor of Computer Science and Director of Programme at Richmond, The American International ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ in London, UK.
