Nenadi Adamu

I joined the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ as a research student in 2012 and submitted my thesis on Young People in the Informal Economy in 2016.

I have been lecturing in a variety of subject areas since 2015 and my overall approach to teaching and learning is student-centred, placing high emphasis on the role of the students in enhancing their own learning.

I am a Senior Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, and I am currently the course coordinator for the MSc integrated healthcare practice and strategic leadership (with CMI recognition). I also lead the delivery of the Turing Scheme initiative for the Health and Social Care portfolio.

  • Exploring the Student experience of Self-funded International PhD Students.
  • Research member of the Health and Social Care Interdisciplinary Research Group- Projects include -Teaching and learning in a widening participation university, Exploring the effectiveness of the HSC undergraduate curriculum in realising decent graduate outcomes
  • Criminal Justice System collaboration with Dr Timi Osidipe
