天美传媒 Governors

The Board of Governors is responsible for overseeing the 天美传媒's activities, determining its future direction, ensuring its solvency and the effective use of its resources.

It conducts its affairs in an open and transparent manner. As well as taking the final decisions on all matters of fundamental concern to the 天美传媒, the Board of Governors has ultimate responsibility for ensuring that it complies with all its legal and regulatory obligations.

It has adopted a statement of primary responsibilities

Membership of the Board of Governors

The Board of Governors consists of:

• (a) not less than twelve and not more than twenty-four members
  and
• (b) the Vice Chancellor, unless he or she chooses not to be a member

The majority of our Governors have successful careers in industry or commerce, the public or voluntary sectors. See their individual profiles for more details.
